      I broke a terminal off my old rusted solenoid and replaced it with this one. It was an exact match and had the KTI brand stamped in it. It was fast delivery from Texas to Ontario, Canada. (I think 4 shipping days). The terminals are marked, and if you need KIT has a wiring diagram online. Great product and my dump trailer is now working again.

      I ordered this as my dump bed was not working. This fixed the problem and was exactly the same as the old one. We don't use our dump trailer a lot so I was a little disappointed it went bad in the first place. Either way I received in quickly and it did fix the problem. It does not come with instructions however it is very simple to change. Be sure to disconnect the battery prior to working on this part.

      I had to call customer service for some advice on how to wire it since the small terminals were not marked like my old on. They were very helpful and explained that as long as I put the same small wires on the same small terminals they were on, it did not make a difference. They even sent me a wiring schematic. Wired it up and all is good!

      Solenoid not an exact replacement

      The replacement solenoid did fix my problem, but was a vertical mount and mine was a horizontal mount. I could only use one screw to mount it; had to add a cable to the motor; and replace the spade connectors with ring terminals.

      Threads were not good on one terminal it broke off even though it was not yet tightened all the way , would like to check on replacement
