Full Width Chain Rack Assembly
Was pleasantly surprised when the rack showed up WITH the tray for the deck and both were powder coated. Works well for 3/8" chains. Only complaint is the openings are to narrow and to short for 1/2" chain hooks and binders. Probably wouldn't work the best for the 3/8"s if they were tho. Overall good product. Will see how well it holds up over time but I don't have any concerns about strength/durability at this time.

Overall Great Product! Fast shipping and quick response from the site team. My review isn't to be rude or ungrateful for the hard work from everyone here at Load Trailer its to give them an honest opinion so that their product can fit the consumers needs better. None the less I would buy from Load trail again with no hesitation. I purchased this product in February and it's was installed onto my Big Tex trailer. Issues I found with this product. (1) All 3 Grease Zerks were either missing and one was broken (2) The lock latches don't line up perfect enough to put a lock without having to push it down. If the flap/door was bigger to allow the chains and binders more room it would allow the flap to close perfectly. (3) Have an option for the size of the cross member so the rack can be welded onto perfect.

decent rack
Nice item, doesn't fit 3/8 grade 70 hooks very well, had to drill out the lock holes to make it work. Other than that it's perfect on my Big Tex.

Good but could be better.
Install was easy- good. Powered coat finish looks good. Came packaged nicely. Once I got it installed, the hinges have 3 grease ports that I tried to use my grease gun on but the ports must be clogged because none of the grease went inside of them. On the last one, the port completely broke off inside of my gun. Wasn’t to pleased with that. After I removed it I checked the grease gun on all of the ports on my trailer and it works fine- so it’s definitely the grease ports on the product. Also, I use 3/8” chains and once you have the chains on the rack and try to close the top, the alignment holes for your lock don’t line up too well. It’s still decent to get your lock on there but you do have to wiggle and play with it a bit. I’ll likely just end up modifying it myself, but still it’s not what I expected. Those were the only two issues I had with it. This review is from someone who uses the trailer 5 days a week consistently. Not many more options out there for a full width chain rack so it’s still a good buy for the amount of money you spend.
